2. Quali dati trattiamo
- Dati forniti volontariamente tramite il form di contatto, email, telefono o WhatsApp: nome e cognome, indirizzo email, numero di telefono (facoltativo), pacchetto di interesse e contenuto del messaggio.
- Dati di navigazione in forma anonima: il sito utilizza Umami Analytics, uno strumento di statistica che non usa cookie e non raccoglie dati identificativi; le informazioni (pagine visitate, tipo di dispositivo, provenienza geografica approssimativa) sono aggregate e non riconducibili alla singola persona.
3. Finalità e base giuridica
- Rispondere alle richieste di informazioni e preventivo e gestire i contatti che ne derivano — base giuridica: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali su richiesta dell'interessato (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Statistiche anonime sull'utilizzo del sito per migliorarne i contenuti — base giuridica: legittimo interesse del Titolare (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Il conferimento dei dati contrassegnati come obbligatori nel form è necessario per ricevere risposta; in mancanza non potremo dar seguito alla richiesta. Non effettuiamo profilazione né processi decisionali automatizzati.
4. Modalità, destinatari e trasferimenti
I dati sono trattati con strumenti elettronici da personale autorizzato e non vengono diffusi né venduti. Possono venirne a conoscenza fornitori che agiscono quali responsabili del trattamento: il servizio di gestione form Formspree, il provider di hosting del sito e il servizio di posta elettronica. Alcuni fornitori possono trovarsi al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo: in tal caso il trasferimento avviene sulla base di clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea o di decisioni di adeguatezza.
5. Conservazione
I dati delle richieste di contatto sono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e i successivi contatti, e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultima interazione, salvo che si instauri un rapporto contrattuale (nel qual caso si applicano i termini di legge) o obblighi normativi impongano una conservazione più lunga.
6. Cookie
Il sito non utilizza cookie di profilazione né cookie analitici: la statistica Umami funziona senza cookie. Possono essere presenti soltanto eventuali cookie tecnici strettamente necessari al funzionamento, per i quali non è richiesto consenso.
7. Diritti dell'interessato

2. Data we process
- Data you provide voluntarily via the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp: full name, email address, phone number (optional), package of interest and the content of your message.
- Anonymous browsing data: the site uses Umami Analytics, a statistics tool that sets no cookies and collects no identifying data; information (pages visited, device type, approximate geographic origin) is aggregated and cannot be traced back to an individual.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to information and quote requests and managing the resulting contacts — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Anonymous statistics on site usage to improve its content — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary to receive a reply; without it we cannot process your request. We carry out no profiling or automated decision-making.
4. Processing methods, recipients and transfers
Data is processed electronically by authorised personnel and is neither disclosed nor sold. It may be accessed by suppliers acting as data processors: the form service Formspree, the website hosting provider and the email service. Some suppliers may be located outside the European Economic Area: in that case the transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on adequacy decisions.
5. Retention
Contact request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and subsequent contacts, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last interaction, unless a contractual relationship is established (in which case statutory terms apply) or legal obligations require longer retention.
6. Cookies
The site uses neither profiling nor analytics cookies: Umami statistics work without cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be present, for which no consent is required.
7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise the rights set out in Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, by writing to info@t5therapy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlage
- Beantwortung von Informations- und Angebotsanfragen sowie Verwaltung der daraus folgenden Kontakte — Rechtsgrundlage: vorvertragliche Maßnahmen auf Anfrage der betroffenen Person (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
- Anonyme Statistiken zur Nutzung der Website zur Verbesserung der Inhalte — Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse des Verantwortlichen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Die Angabe der im Formular als Pflichtfelder markierten Daten ist für eine Antwort erforderlich; ohne sie können wir die Anfrage nicht bearbeiten. Es findet weder Profiling noch automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung statt.
4. Verarbeitung, Empfänger und Übermittlungen
Die Daten werden elektronisch von befugtem Personal verarbeitet und weder veröffentlicht noch verkauft. Zugriff können Dienstleister als Auftragsverarbeiter erhalten: der Formulardienst Formspree, der Hosting-Anbieter der Website und der E-Mail-Dienst. Einzelne Anbieter können ihren Sitz außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums haben: in diesem Fall erfolgt die Übermittlung auf Grundlage der von der Europäischen Kommission genehmigten Standardvertragsklauseln oder von Angemessenheitsbeschlüssen.
5. Speicherdauer
Daten aus Kontaktanfragen werden so lange gespeichert, wie es für die Bearbeitung der Anfrage und die folgenden Kontakte erforderlich ist, höchstens jedoch 24 Monate nach der letzten Interaktion — es sei denn, es kommt ein Vertragsverhältnis zustande (dann gelten die gesetzlichen Fristen) oder gesetzliche Pflichten verlangen eine längere Aufbewahrung.
6. Cookies
Die Website verwendet weder Profiling- noch Analyse-Cookies: die Umami-Statistik funktioniert ohne Cookies. Es können lediglich technisch notwendige Cookies vorhanden sein, für die keine Einwilligung erforderlich ist.
7. Ihre Rechte
Sie können jederzeit die Rechte nach Art. 15–22 DSGVO ausüben: Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch und Datenübertragbarkeit — per E-Mail an info@t5therapy.com. Außerdem haben Sie das Recht, Beschwerde bei der italienischen Datenschutzbehörde einzulegen (garanteprivacy.it).
